We offer an initial free 20 minute consultation in person or by phone. Seeking a therapist is an important step toward your mental health wellness and one that should be done with care. During this consult, we will determine if I am a good fit and if not, I will provide you with alternate referrals.
Anxiety & Stress
We work with couples and families that are seeking support and guidance in developing healthy and stronger communication, working through transitions, such as welcoming a new family member, shift in roles in the family system, relocation, and grief and loss.
We rely heavily on Family Systems Therapy, with other therapeutic interventions incorporated as needed, when working with couples and families. I believe all members of a unit should have space to explore and voice their experience of a given situation.
