Sliding Scale
Sliding Scale services are available on a limited basis.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is pre-authorization required from my primary care physician?
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Late Cancellations
If you 24 hours or less you will be charged $30
*All clients are required to have a card on file. Card will be charged at time of cancellation.

The No Surprises Act and the Good Faith Estimates were signed into legislation and required implementation by therapeutic practices on January 1st of 2022.
“The No Surprises Act, which is part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect clients from receiving unexpected medical bills.
The Good Faith Estimate provision of the No Surprises Act is designed to give clients an estimate of how much they’ll be charged for the healthcare services they’ll be receiving, prior to their appointment.”
